Types of Payment Accepted: Full payment in cash, cashier’s check or money order must be made when the horse is picked up or in advance when a horse is to be delivered to Buyer by a third party transport company. A personal check will only be accepted when sent in advance of horse being picked up or delivered. And, check must have cleared the bank before releasing the horse.

Secure a Horse: Horses for sale on Whispering Pines Stables site may be secured by sending in a non-refundable deposit.

Horse Transport: The transport of all horses sold is the responsibility of the Buyer. On occasion, Whispering Pines Stables may be able to deliver a horse if close to the farm. There will be a separate charge for such delivery.

Boarding Sold Horses: Arrangements can be made to board a horse sold at the rate of $3/day, $4/day for a mare and weanling combo. There is no boarding charge on foals waiting to be weaned. At the time of weaning, there will be a $3/day charge until foal is picked up or delivered. Buyer is fully responsible for a horse from the time of purchase until said horse leaves Whispering Pines Stables.
